Lagonda All-Terrain Concept teased for Geneva

Lagonda All-Terrain Concept teased for Geneva

–    The Lagonda All-Terrain Concept is likely to become the brand’s first all-electric vehicle.

–    Will be joined at the Geneva stage by Q personalised Vantage and DBS Superleggera.

Aston Martin will arrive at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show with the Lagonda All-Terrain Concept. This would be the second major showcase from the newly revived Lagonda brand and will give us a glimpse of the first production model from the British marque.

The All-Terrain Concept takes its cues from last year’s Vision Concept, assured the carmaker. Based on the new zero-emission platform, the All-Terrain will “boast of extraordinary style and space efficiency combined with a rakish design”, says Lagonda. No further details have been divulged by the Aston Martin-owned brand. The ambiguous teaser showcases sleek headlights and the trademark Lagonda grille (as was seen on the Vision Concept) in a contrasting golden finish. The concept is wearing British Racing Green body colour and the cameras have been placed where the rear-view mirrors should be.

Joining the Lagonda All-Terrain Concept at the Geneva stage will be examples of Aston Martin’s core series production sportscars: Vantage, DB11 AMR and DBS Superleggera. Apart from the DB11 AMR, the other two will receive a bespoke Q treatment with ‘Cosmos Orange’ paintwork, carbon fibre exterior detailing, orange graphics and matching anodised interior switches. The DBS Superleggera with Q tuned will have dark Gothic themes. There will be an exclusive ‘Numinous Pearl’ paint scheme with Q collection black tinted carbon body pack, satin black and satin bronze 21-inch forged wheels and smoked tail lamps.

The 2019 Geneva Motor Show will open its gates on 5 March. So stay tuned to CarWale for in-depth coverage from the biggest auto show of the calendar year.
